Sam is one of our two Practice Managers and plays a central role in keeping things running smoothly at Burscough Neuro Physiotherapy. She’s often the first person you’ll speak to when getting in touch—whether it’s booking an appointment, asking a question, or just needing a bit of guidance.
With her calm, caring manner and reassuring presence, Sam helps put patients at ease from the very first conversation. She takes time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure every person feels welcome and supported. Behind the scenes, she keeps the clinic organised and supports the whole team—nothing is ever too much trouble.
Outside of work, Sam is a busy mum of two boys who enjoy football and keep her on her toes with the usual chaos of family life. She brings the same patience and energy to her home life as she does to the practice.
Sam is a consistent point of contact for many of our patients throughout their time with us. Her approachable nature and genuine care make a real difference in helping people feel supported every step of the way.
